Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Maksym Golovan, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 94700060, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. For any privacy question, email me at golovanshow@gmail.com.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your browser doesn't connect to third parties like Google while you read it.

The contact form does not send anything to a server. When you press the button, it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is shared until you send that email yourself.

That means the only personal data I receive is what you choose to put in your email, usually your name, email address, company and the details of your request.

I use your message only to reply to you and to discuss your project or event. The legal basis is your request (steps before a possible agreement) and my legitimate interest in answering you.

I keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows, and for as long as Dutch tax law requires for business records. I never sell your data or share it with others for marketing.

Like any website, the hosting provider may briefly keep technical server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) to keep the site secure and working. I don't use these logs to identify visitors.

Under the GDPR (AVG in Dutch) you can ask me to see, correct or delete the personal data I have about you, or object to how I use it. Just email golovanshow@gmail.com. If you're not happy with my answer, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
